Margaret Eum grew up in a family of real estate developers. From an early age, Margaret assisted her family with developing shopping centers and condominiums projects throughout Southern California. As a young woman, Ms. Eum especially enjoyed assisting her family with the legal aspects of real estate development. This included managing general contractors, subcontractors.
After college she decided that going to law school was the best way to combine her two passions, the law and real estate development.
Ms. Eum has over 18 years of experience practicing construction defect litigation, construction law, and construction insurance risk management. She represents general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, developers, insurance companies, and sureties on both private and public work projects.
